The Proprieters wish all the members a Happy New Year!

The club has an established membership and holds regular competitions and functions for our members. We are members of the Golf Union of Wales and the Denbighshire Golf Union and welcome visitors from fellow member clubs. Our teams compete in competitions across and beyond Wales. We have an organised Senior section and flourishing Junior section. We currently have availability for new members in all categories of membership and also welcome visitors from overseas as well as Britain to enjoy our lovely course and also to the many open functions we hold in the clubhouse.

Our clubhouse can accommodate a wide variety of social and formal functions. Contact us for a list of upcoming events or see our notice boards within the clubhouse. Car parking is plentiful.

Our par 66, 9 hole course, designed by Ian Woosnams ex coach, John Williams, starts with two fair par 4s’, these are followed by a lovely par 3 which plays over the stream that meanders through the course, to a well protected green guarded by a pond to the right. Now the course opens up and takes advantage of the undulating landscape and water, which crops up more than you might think over the next six holes. The serene beauty of North Wales is breathtaking to take in, take a look at our gallery to see for your self. The par three course is made up of nine well designed and fun to play holes, for those golfers wishing to improve their short game or equally good for those non-golfers wishing to give the great game a go. There is also an eight bay driving range for anyone wishing to hone their skills. The Plassey Oaks Golf Complex is situated near the picturesque villages of Overton and Bangor-on-Dee near Wrexham. We are easily accessed from the A483 Wrexham by-pass, just follow the signs to Plassey from junction 2.
